Calculation Feedback
For a Panchang or astronomy difference, include the Samvat URL, local date and time, city, timezone, expected value, and comparison source.
For a festival difference, also include the Tithi or Nakshatra rule, observance moment, region, and lunar month convention when known.
Why Reproduction Details Matter
The same event can produce different displayed values when cities, timezones, calendar conventions, or rule moments differ. A timestamp and location separate those convention differences from calculation defects.
Reproducible reports become permanent tests, preventing the same defect from returning in a later software version.
Product Direction
Samvat is being developed as free calculation software for Hindu calendars, Panchang, festivals, and inspectable Jyotisha data.
Useful requests include regional calendar rules, city-sensitive festival logic, additional cited chart calculations, validation fixtures, and export formats. Personal readings, outcome predictions, remedies, and consultation services are outside the product scope.
