By using Samvat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a report. Consumers keep any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by these terms.
Free Services and Accounts
Daily Panchang, calendars, festival pages, and free calculators are provided without charge. Features may be corrected, improved, or changed as calculation coverage develops.
You are responsible for your sign-in access and for accurate information entered into Samvat. You may save another person's birth details only when you have their permission or another valid authority to do so.
Kundli Phaladesh
Kundli Phaladesh costs ₹199 INR as a one-time purchase for one report credit. The final price and available payment methods are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. There is no recurring subscription.
A credit can be applied to one saved birth profile. When you ask Samvat to prepare the report, the credit is consumed and generation begins. Its status and completed downloadable PDF appear in your private account.
The report combines Samvat's calculated D1 and D9 charts, Dasha, Drishti, and selected yoga evidence with AI-assisted written explanation. It is informational calculation software, not a human consultation, guaranteed prediction, remedial prescription, or medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Calculation Context
Results depend on the birth details, location, timezone, ayanamsha, house convention, calendar tradition, and rule selected. Hindu dates and observances can also vary by city, region, sampradaya, temple, and family practice.
Samvat works to make its calculation rules and evidence inspectable, but you should verify critical decisions independently. A calculation difference can be reported through the Contact page with enough detail to reproduce it.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Samvat to break the law, interfere with the service, evade payment, access another person's account, probe security, automate abusive traffic, or upload details you have no right to use.
Samvat may restrict access needed to protect users, payments, infrastructure, or legal compliance. Where practical, affected users will be given a reason and a route to contact support.
Availability and Liability
Samvat may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, or corrections. Paid-service problems will be handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights. Subject to those protections, Samvat is not responsible for decisions made solely from informational calendar or report content.
Changes and Governing Law
Material changes will be reflected by the review date on this page. Terms applying to a purchase are those presented when that purchase is made, unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, while consumers retain any mandatory rights and forum protections available where they live.
